Admission Requirements
The first step in coming to Harmony Grove is to call us or fill out the form. Our eating disorder clinic is staffed with specialists in the eating disorder field. You will need a telephone consultation in order to find out if our eating disorder program would best suit your needs. A medical clearance will also be needed in order to begin. We cannot accept clients who require medically monitored anorexia or bulimia inpatient care.
Fees
Our package deal includes our outpatient therapy program, meals, accommodations, our caring staff support, and many activities. Forty five days at Harmony Grove is a fraction of the cost of most eating disorder residential treatment centers. We also have financing options available.
Insurance
We are currently able to work with many insurance companies, but also provide some partial scholarships for cash pay clients. We are one of the most affordable eating disorder treatment programs in the country, but also one of the best. We feel strongly about providing a quality program at a lower cost than most eating disorder treatment centers. We can’t do it for free, of course, but we are about 1/3 the cost of other programs.
Your Stay
The minimum length of stay at Harmony Grove is 45 days. Research has proven that the longer the treatment, the better. Guests are welcome to stay as long as they need to in order to feel safe returning home to continue their recovery. Some of us have spent years with our eating disorder behaviors. It is unrealistic to expect permanent change to be obtained after just a few weeks of eating disorder treatment. Becoming stable in your new way of life can take time, commitment and focus. Please take the time you need to establish permanent recovery so that you can become free to live your dreams.
